Peter Cave

Director

In 2007, following a career in shipping and the City, Peter joined Mike Peer to form a land survey company called Peer Egerton. In 2012 Mike retired and the company became Meridian Surveys.

Peter has a MSc and PhD from UWCC and studied hydrographic surveying at UCL. His past directorships include Qubit (manafacturer of hydrographic survey equipment for the Navy) Euro-Baltic and KBC Process Consultants.

Surveyor - Luisa María Peña Santos

María Peña Santos joined Meridian in March 2018 and has a BSc in technical architecture. She previously worked in a building and construction company in Belgium. As well as BIM processing, Luisa has fully embraced surveying and competently leads topographic and other surveys across a wide variety of industrial, commercial and domestic sites.

Laura Ryan-Bryce

Surveyor - Meridian Surveys Limited

Laura joined Meridian to assist with the positioning and surveying precast concrete sections to a pavilion and other structures in London. This task not only requires extreme precision but the ability to work seamlessly with the fixing teams. Laura's personality and her attention to detail makes her highly suitable for this role.

Sandra Iglesias Rubio

Surveyor, Meridian Surveys Limited - Processing

Sandra did her surveying degree at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and worked for a surveying company in Spain before joining Meridian Surveys in May 2017. Her degree dissertation, on 3D modelling, stimulated her interest in measured building surveys and BIM. Sandra is a major asset when processing and also handles much of Meridian's admin. and marketing.

Assistant Surveyor - Ian Gribble

With a background in land management and animal husbandry, Ian provides major firepower on big surveys. His surveying experience includes GPS surveys on landfill sites, topographic surveys on brownfield sites, services surveys and working on network rail assets.
